JODentistHub is a dental tourism connection & matching platform. We do not provide medical or dental treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice, and we are not an emergency service.

We help patients outside Jordan connect with dentists and clinics located in Jordan. Clinics are independent third parties and remain responsible for their services and medical records.

This policy applies to: (1) patients who submit requests/case details through the Platform, and (2) clinics/dentists who create profiles and communicate with patients via the Platform.

Patient data may include: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, language preference, request details, and case materials you choose to upload (such as photos, X-rays, and notes).

Clinic data may include: clinic name, location in Jordan, contact details, services offered, licensing/credential information when available, and profile media.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, usage/diagnostic logs, and cookie data (if applicable).

To operate the Platform (accounts, requests, messaging, referrals), match cases with suitable clinics, and provide support.

For improvement and security (prevent abuse/fraud, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues).

To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests where required.

We share a patient’s request and case details with the clinics the patient selects or asks us to contact, so clinics can evaluate and respond.

We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, email, support tools) to run the Platform, acting only on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data.

Because patients are outside Jordan and we may use international service providers, your data may be processed or stored outside Jordan.

We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers (such as limiting access, security reviews, and contractual protections where applicable).

We retain data only as long as needed for providing services, follow-ups, legal compliance, and security. You can request deletion as described below.

You can request: access, correction, withdrawal of consent (where applicable), deletion, restriction, objection, and a usable copy of your data when feasible.

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data (such as access controls, monitoring, and encryption in transit where feasible). However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

If you are a clinic/dentist: use patient data only to evaluate the case, communicate, and provide requested services. Do not use patient data for unrelated marketing unless the patient clearly consents.

You remain responsible for your own privacy practices, medical records handling, and professional/legal compliance.

We facilitate connection and coordination only. Clinics are independent third parties; treatment and travel decisions are yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not responsible for treatment outcomes, pricing, availability, patient–clinic disputes, or travel arrangements.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated effective date.
